Thank you for your lovely email. Thank you also for providing a very professional service. We were very grateful for your advice and support before the party. We were very impressed by your calm and confident approach to the children and their behaviour management!

We felt you gave us excellent value for money and really appreciated the little 'extras', for example by announcing the birthday cake and being flexible with your start time. Many parents commented to us on the day about what a fun party it was and how much their children had enjoyed it. At least 2 parents said they would seriously consider booking you for their children's parties! Mark and I were able to relax and enjoy the party and I know Bea and Finlay had a fantastic time. Many thanks and I would not hesitate to recommend you both.
